During The Art of Making Pasta, we will learn how to make pasta from scratch according to traditional recipes passed down in my family for generations. Together we’ll knead fresh dough from eggs and flour, and use my grandmother’s old-fashioned pasta machine to roll out different shapes of pasta. Join me in my kitchen for an unforgettable pasta-tastic experience!
