The Magic of Bolgheri includes a visit to the enchanting, medieval village of Bolgheri and a cooking class. We will start in Bolgheri with a visit to an old wine cellar from the year 700, taste their world-class wines, and complete our visit with a fresh and delicious gelato from Bolgheri’s famous gelato maker. Then we will complete our day with a hands-on cooking class at La Casa Toscana where we will learn about Italian culinary tradition. We will create a full course meal you will savor!

Tour and wine tasting at the oldest wine cellar in Bolgheri. All ingredients, tools and instruction. Preparation of a full course meal paired with a world class Bolgheri wine.
Duration
Approximately 5 hours:
2 hour Bolgheri visit followed by a 3 hour cooking class.
The tour begins at 10.00 am.

Cooking classes are held in my 18th century Tuscan farmhouse La Casa Toscana, located on “La Strada del Vino” (The Wine Road) between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri, home of some of the most prestigious wines in the world.
